Africa Development Solutions (ADS launches it’s first modular one-stop-shop “EZ-Biz Center” solar powered container in Rwanda in partnership with the Ministry of ICT to kick off the Smart Village initiative with a ribbon cutting ceremony held September 29, 2017. This solar powered container center is modular and offers services such as a computer lab for training, Wi-Fi, and a basic clinic for routine medical checkup and electronic medical records. As part of the partnership, Solektra installed 18 solar street lights to light up a market, a clinic and other public areas in Tumba, Rulindo District.
