Thione Niang invited to the panel of the Black Caucus Congress

September 18th, 2015 – Thione Niang, co-founder of Akon Lighting Africa, is invited to the panel on Environmental Sustainability organized at the Annual Legislative Conference  of the Black Caucus Congress in Washington. He will present the challenges that they were confronted to while implementing the project but also the successes to date; he will also explain why Africa is today uniquely positioned to become a global laboratory for a green economy.
