Solektra International invited to join Powering Africa Summit 2016

Solektra International’s cofounders, Samba Bathily, Akon and Thione Niang, are invited to present their projects supporting electrification of Africa at the Powering Africa Summit 2016 in Washington (27, 28 and 29 January 2016). This high level forum gathers every year institutional and private partners of the Power Africa initiative launched in 2013 by US President Barack Obama. This year, Samba Bathily, CEO of Solektra International, will speak on January 29 on a panel focussing on how to finance access to renewables in Africa.
